This morning, the front page of the Courier headline reads “Bumblebees die in attack on hives”. Once again, the yobbo element of arbroath has not only destroyed active bee hives within strawberry tunnels at East Seaton Farm, they have ripped the polythene and destroyed plants and fruit. The Farm presents a route down to Seaton Den, where gangs of scumbags gather to drink and concoct more vandalism in whatever minuscule brain cells they possess. This latest spree suggests they don’t have a single brain cell between them. Apparently, the perpetrators of last year’s acts of vandalism paid for the damage. That’s only papering over a huge crack which is ever widening. The Farm staff must feel so frustrated to see their long hours of work destroyed by the Bampot Brigade, and to see the bumblebee hives destroyed too is so sad. I fear for the future, not just in our town, but all over. It’s soon gonna be like the Wild West - no law at all, and folks terrified to v natural far from their homes in fear of their property and perhaps their lives. Ah........there’s nothing like a good rant in the mornings!!
