I'm about to leave the Shoppie, at times I've been controversial and outspoken I admit but thats just me.
A big thank you Thank you to the Admin teams over the years, Mr Howard Cargill, Mr David Spink(the co-founders of this website), also Sandstone for taking on the poisoned chalice after last years debacle over a comment.
Its been fun, but its now time to move on, I've been involved on other web projects that are now defunct, always left with happy memories.

Gary I know the feeling man , you run out of things to say and photos to post , but I keep looking in though not posting as much as i used to and expect your at that point ?
Before all the cheap mobile phones and broadband / facebooks and clones started up there was nuttin for expats except The Shoppie , and we all had the same feelings brewing inside for years and was glad when we found the site, so I will always be thankful to David for that and it also inspired me to start a site for the town i now live in David even joined in and encouraged me .

Yeah I still look in 
I have kind of run out of ideas on here now, I notice a few other original 'posters' have disappeared as well, maybe its just natural turnover on the site.
Yes I can be 'opinionated' and full of bluster sometimes, but I like to encourage debate, thats just me, I actually am a good person and would have time for anyone, regardless of, religion, personal views, colour etc.
Ach well, as I say I'll still look in and feel free to criticise me in any manner you feel worth.
To me thats what forums are all about.
